Telepathy

The ablitity to read and manipulate thoughts via Psionics is called Telepathy. Often appears together with Empathy.

Many Vertexes of the Psions Guild are telepaths, as their ability to connect with other Vertexes is a priceless component of the guild's network. Among those, Ciel is considered the strongest telepaths humanity has ever seen, with a mind-boggling range and bandwidth. Of similar range, her colleague Gabriel Ardenberg is renowned for his mental stability, allowing him to operate even in surroundings with extreme background noise, ie panicked crowds or similar.
