The Lotus Pavilion is a compound on the western side of Emperor's Island and the official headquarters of the Lotus Knights. The expression is also used to describe the entire staff working for the Lotus Knights.

History

Originally nothing but a fancy gentleman's club for the Emperor's buddies to hang out, the Lotus Pavilion changed its role the same way the Lotus Knights changed their duties during the reign of Gregorius Quetzal. Over the years, it has turned into a headquarter for the empire's best known noble order, growing year by year. Today, the Lotus Pavilion and its subterranean extensions hold the empire's best-equipped crisis intervention centre as well as the training grounds and equipment of the Lotus Knights.

Layout

On the surface, the Lotus Pavilion is a walled-off group of buildings and courtyards on the western slopes of Emperor's Island. It comprises the actual Lotus Pavilion, where the main administration of the Lotus Knights is housed, as well as the housing of the various knights and their families, as far as they elect to live on the island.

Like every part of Emperor's Island, the Lotus Pavilion extends deep into the ground with countless rooms for research, design, mission prep, public relations and so on.

The QuestLog is also part of the Lotus Pavilion administration.
