House Plantagent is one of the Noble Houses of the Virasana Empire, best known for ruling the birthplace of humanity - Terra. Otherwise, the house is highly reclusive and is rarely seen outside their domain. It is currently headed by Arolas Bertranod Plantagenet, the Duke of Terra, but little is known of him besides that.

Reclusive as the Plantagenets are, it is hard to give an overall judgement. However, they seem to have unusually high life expectancies, many of them reaching ages of 400 years or more. While genetically wildly diverse, they all seem highly intelligent, and there are rumours that most of them have supernatural abilities of one sort or another.

- Unlike most other houses, the Plantagenets do not have an ostentatious ducal palace in Terra's capital, Aquila. Instead, their homebase is Castle Marqueyssac in the mountains about a hundred kilometres north of Aquila.
